SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College women's volleyball team moves to 11-0 in conference play, 26-3 overall after hosting Fayetteville Technical Community College Friday evening.

 

The Statesmen took down the Trojans in three straight sets Friday evening with set scores of; 25-13, 25-11 and 25-20, to earn their 24th sweep victory of the season. Hailey Hopkins and Leilani Goggin led the attack with 11 kills each. Hopkins also chipped in with one block. Karagyn Durco added 45 assists, five service aces, and four digs in the win. Silaulauinasimativa Aoelua pitched in with eight kills and seven digs.

 

The Richard Bland women's volleyball team next hosts Cape Fear Community College on Saturday, October 22nd at 12pm for sophomore day, and their final game of the regular season.
