SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College women's volleyball team moves to 17-2 overall, 7-0 in conference play after traveling to Pitt Community College Wednesday evening.
Richard Bland defeated the Bulldogs in four sets; 25-15, 25-17, 25-14 and 25-22. Hailey Hopkins led the attack with 14 kills. Sarah Heath and Sophia Kaiser pitched in with 11 each. Karagyn Durco assisted on 46 occasions while Rylie Harris had 10 digs.
The Richard Bland women's volleyball team next travel to Catawba Valley Community College for the Catawba Invitational Friday through Saturday. The Statesmen will take on Catawba Valley at 6pm Friday, Spartanburg Methodist on Saturday at 1pm, and Catawba Valley on Saturday at 3pm.
