Acosta Bello Signs with Thomas More University
SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – Josemaria Acosta Bello, a sophomore of the Richard Bland College men's soccer team has signed to continue his academic and athletic career at NCAA Division II Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.
The Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic native contributed to much success for the 10th year program. In year one, Acosta Bello started 15 of 16 games and was credited with one assist for one point. He was also credited with six shots. In year two, he started 15 of 17 games played and was credited with one goal and one assist for three total points. He also had five shots on goal.
Thomas More University is set to begin competing in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference in during the 2023-24 school year.
