SOUTH PRINCE GEORGE, VA – The Richard Bland College of William and Mary Baseball team moves to 3-3 in conference, 5-4 overall after a late addition non-conference contest with Wake Tech Community College Wednesday evening.
Richard Bland watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 15-7 loss. Richard Bland put up four runs in the fourth inning led by Wade Clements and William Bean including a home run. The Statesmen collected nine hits in the loss. Davis Snyder, Bean, and Clements all had multiple hits for Richard Bland. Landon Hoge was on the mound for the Statesmen and allowed one hit and three runs over one inning, striking out two.
Richard Bland baseball next hosts Bryant and Stratton College (VA) on Saturday, March 5th for the first two games of the series. The Statesmen will travel to Bryant and Stratton on Sunday March 6th for the final game of the series.
